Palm Bay FL Movers offers Local Movers, Long-Distance Movers, Commercial Movers, Residential Moving, and Moving and Storage services. The scope of the services provided will be detailed in the specific contract or service agreement.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes provided by the Company are estimates based on the information given by the Client.
  • Final costs may vary depending on actual circumstances on the moving day, including but not limited to additional items not previously disclosed, unforeseen difficulties, or additional services requested.
  • Clients will be informed of any additional charges before the services are carried out.

4. Booking and Cancellation

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be determined based on the scope of services.
  • Cancellations must be made at least [insert notice period, e.g., 48 hours] before the scheduled service. Failure to cancel within this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the move in cases of extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies.

5. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, checks, and cash.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must ensure that all items are properly packed, unless the Company is contracted to provide packing services.
  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the nature of the items being moved, including any fragile or valuable items.
  • The Client must ensure that the premises are accessible on the moving day, including any necessary parking arrangements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Palm Bay FL Movers will take reasonable care in handling all items. However, the Company is not responsible for damage caused by inherent defects, normal wear and tear, or fragile items not properly packed by the Client.
  • Liability for any damages will be limited to the amount specified in the insurance policy, if applicable.
  • The Company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or government regulations.

8. Insurance

  • The Company may offer basic liability coverage, but it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance coverage for all belongings.
  • Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request.

9. Prohibited Items

  • The Company will not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, or items that pose a risk to health and safety.
  • Clients must disclose any items that may be considered dangerous, fragile, or require special handling.

10. Storage Services

  • If storage services are used, the Company will store items for a maximum period agreed upon with the Client.
  • The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to items in storage unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Any storage fees must be paid in advance. Failure to pay storage fees may result in the sale or disposal of stored items to recover outstanding payments.

11. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints must be reported to the Company within 48 hours of the service being completed.
  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.
